Kariana
Kariana Atala-Drew, known as Kari, is originally from Bayamón, Puerto Rico. She recently earned her Master’s in Exercise Science from Jacksonville University, where she also played volleyball. During her time at JU, she made history as the program’s first ASUN Scholar-Athlete of the Year. Kari holds a Personal Training Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), equipping her with the scientific and practical expertise to work in various fitness settings. Most recently, she taught group exercise classes at the First Coast YMCA, where she helped individuals improve their fitness through structured training programs. She enjoys walking trails, reading, and serving others and is excited to be part of Jeff’s Gym.
