Jaden Nagy
Jaden Nagy is Jeff’s Gym Assistant Manager, known for being detail-oriented, personable, and highly reliable—exactly what you want at the front desk and in day-to-day operations. With experience in structured, high-responsibility environments, Jaden brings calm leadership, strong organization, and clear communication to the gym floor, helping members feel supported while keeping operations on track.
Jaden serves in the United States Air Force / Air National Guard as an Egress Technician on F-35s, where precision, documentation, and procedural discipline are non-negotiable. That background shows up at Jeff’s Gym in the best way: consistent follow-through, attention to detail, and a steady presence during busy days.
Outside of work, Jaden is actively involved in leadership and community service—founder and treasurer of a Student Veterans Association, president and founder of Hope Squad (mental health awareness), and a team leader in Alpha Eta Rho. He’s also personally committed to fitness, with 3+ years of lifting experience and an Ironman 70.3 Florida finish—bringing real enthusiasm for training and member engagement into every shift.
