I've been with Jeff for almost two years after an injury forced me to reevaluate my fitness mindset. For me, having a knowledgeable professional to hold me accountable was key to my success. Life is so busy and there's an abundance of distractions and competing priorities stopping you from consistently working out. But with Jeff's help I've completely transformed my body and mindset by lifting heavy weights and sticking to my program. 10/10 would recommend!
I’ve been going now for four months and it’s fantastic. The environment is an intimate boutique style gym that offers privacy with quality equipment and training. For the first three month I did one on one training which was fantastic. I have a few injuries and range of motion issues and I was so impressed with the trainer’s ability to adjust and never over tax me. Just recently I transitioned to small groups and HIIT class which is equally as good. The quality and expertise you receive in training is worth it. I highly recommend this gym and just continued my plan for another 6 months. Great addition to the Riverside/Avondale community.
